On the edge of Broad Water Lake sits a rather derelict and neglected boathouse.  We have successfully applied for planning permission to convert this into a stunning glass fronted lakeside accommodation.  This will create a perfect place for guests to retreat, write books, pray or simply to deeply rest.  We have architect’s plans drawn up and now just need the finance to make this dream possible.

Could your legacy play a part?
