Information about this role

A position has risen as Assistant to the Facility Director. Primarily the role would be support and administrative as well working with the Facility Director in the effective running of the Facility Department, within Ashburnham Place.

An interest in land, buildings and summer events would be desirable. Basic computer skills: emails, spreadsheets and good relational interpersonal skills are essential.

The role would suit someone on a career break or recently retired, working 3 days a week for an initial period of 6 months.

Whilst we cannot offer a salary, as a volunteer at Ashburnham Place you will get all meals provided, receive a discount in the Orangery Tea Room and to ACT events, be part of our international community and enjoy year-round access to our 220 acres of grounds and gardens.
