Join Patrick Regan OBE and the team from Kintsugi Hope for a reflective, practical and relationship focused retreat.
Drawing on the image of Kintsugi, the Japanese art form of mending broken pottery with gold, Kintsugi Hope will be hosting a relaxing, yet practical and informative retreat for us to learn, develop and invest in our mental health and wellbeing.
There will be time learning and reflecting together as well as optional seminars focusing on a range of topics around our mental health, plus time to reflect and build relationships with one another.
