An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to join the team at Ashburnham Place as a Guest Service Supervisor.
Ashburnham Place has provided loving hospitality to thousands of guests for over 60 years. We seek to provide the warmest of welcomes and high levels of care to all our guests, creating an environment where people can relax, rest and be refreshed.
The role involves assisting the Guest Service Manager and supporting the guest service team to develop and deliver excellent service to our guests across the bedroom and food service functions, including in the Orangery Tea Room. This includes cleaning and preparation of our bedrooms, meeting rooms, public areas and dining rooms for the enjoyment of our guests. We are looking for someone that has a passion to deliver the highest levels of customer service, has an attention for detail and a desire to lead and motivate a volunteer team whilst on duty.
The candidate will have some experience of customer service in the hospitality sector and be willing to learn about all elements of the position specific to Ashburnham Place.
The role is 40 hours per week and includes evenings and most weekends. Salary details available on request. This is a fixed term role for 5 months.
