His vision is to curate space to grow compassionate, creative and resourceful leadership for a complex world. At the heart of this work is Wayfarer, a professional development pathway that reimagines human ecology and the principles of transformation through a nature-based inquiry.
He is a leadership coach, mentor and speaker with 30 years of experience in community organising, personal development and social entrepreneurship. He has worked with leaders across the professional spectrum from community based too corporate.
He holds a Master’s in community-based regeneration. Exploring synergies between self-inquiry, community practice and organisational wellbeing.
He a founder of The Paradise cooperative, a social enterprise connecting food, nature and people through sustainable urban farming and community gardening. He is also serves on the council for the Parish of St Andrew’s, with oversight for reimagining a 21st century spirituality for the commons and repurposing church assets for greater social impact.
Johnny is a native of London UK where he lives with his wife Lisa and three sons, Bruno, Sonny and Jedidiah. He belongs to the Earlsfield Friary, a place based collective exploring localism and systems change through an economy of mutuality and participation
