A vacancy has arisen for a self motivated, responsible person to join our existing team in the role of, Maintenance Assistant. 

This role is designed to support our existing maintenance department in the smooth running and good repair of our facility.  We are looking for someone who can undertake minor electrical, plumbing, heating and other maintenance issues on a daily basis.

The candidate will have excellent practical skills, work to a high standard of finish and be able to prioritise jobs within the demands of a busy guest led conference facility.

The role is 40 hours a week and includes some ‘on call’ evenings and weekends.  Salary and a full job specification are available on request.

Painting Decorator Volunteer

Be part of the Team Painting and Decorator Have you a few hours a week spare and you would enjoy bringing part of our decorating team at Ashburnham Place?

We have a small team of dedicated volunteer decorators who have been responsible for most of the room refurbishments over the past four years who are looking to expand their numbers. You would be working as part of a small team headed up by an experienced professional. No previous experience is necessary, as full training and supervision would be given.
