How can I use the awareness of my Enneagram Type to change and grow?

Just knowing your type, although it is revealing, will not be enough to help you live more consistently as your best self.

Encountering the Enneagram Part 2 will explore the defences which hold our personality in place and map the journey we can take towards our best self.

Using the narrative style, we will delve deeper into the subconscious drivers that lead to our personality traits, outlining our defence system.

We will then see what the Enneagram has to teach us about our best self and how we can use this knowledge as we go on the path of learning that can free us from the constraints and illusions of type.

Intermediate – This workshop is open to guests who have been on a previous Ashburnham Enneagram workshop or who have some experience with the Enneagram. You will need to know your type for this workshop. Having worked with the Enneagram already you will likely know your type, but if you would like a professional typing interview to be sure we have two trained Enneagram Typing Practitioners, if you would like a typing interview before the workshop please contact our team to arrange this in advance for you. (annie.mackenzie@ashburnham.org.uk) The cost of a typing interview is subsidised if you are on the retreat and therefore only £30 per interview.

While Ashburnham Place is run by the Ashburnham Christian Trust this workshop is open to anybody of all faiths and none and as such we hope the content is accessible for all.
