2010 Subsidised Tariff for Churches And Charities - Residential Conferences.

Welcome to our new-look 2010 Tariff! The tariff below is for a group booking for a two night stay, for example, from Friday evening buffet until tea & cake on Sunday afternoon. It includes all meals, refreshments, accommodation and the use of a meeting room. All prices quoted are per person and exclude VAT. Where applicable this will be added to your final invoice. The same tariff applies for midweek bookings.

Our accommodation has recently been re-categorized and the tariff amended to reflect the different grades of accommodation, facilities and seasons and to suit different budgets. Our “standard accommodation” has now been sub-divided into “budget” and “standard” rates, according to the facilities provided. We therefore offer the following types of rooms, which are subject to availability at the time of booking:

Dormitory accommodation has 2 or 3 bunk-beds to a room and a communal bathroom. We strongly recommend that it is used for a single sex group and is more suitable for youths or children of school age. Access to the building and floor is with a door code.

Budget accommodation has two shared bathrooms on each floor and there is a basin in each room. Access to the building and floor is with a door code. Tea making facilities are available in the Conservatory in the main house.

Standard accommodation has one shared bathroom between two twin rooms. In the Link access to the building and floor is with a door code. Moore House bedrooms have door keys. There are tea making facilities are available in the Conservatory and in Moore House.

En-Suite accommodation has a private bathroom. Access is with door keys and towels, hairdryers and tea & coffee making facilities are provided in each room.

At the weekend, we will make an additional charge of £9.50pppn when standard twin/double or family rooms are used as singles, and £12.50pppn if the en-suite rooms are used as singles.

Please note that the tariff is for guidance only. The charges payable will be those prevailing at the time the conference takes place. We reserve the right to modify prices in the event of major rises in the cost of living, or other factors outside our control. Please refer to our payment terms and cancellation policy which will be sent to you on booking.
