All our prices are full-board per person and include the use of conference
rooms and other facilities.
This 2008 tariff is for guidance only. The charges payable
will be those prevailing at the time the conference takes place. We reserve
the right to modify prices in the event of major rises in the cost of
living, or other factors outside our control.

Supplements
We will make an additional charge of £9.50 per person per night
when standard twin, double or family rooms are used as singles, and £12.50
per night if the en-suite rooms are used as singles.
VAT
Value added tax is not payable on conferences whose major component is
Christian teaching, but will be added to all accounts where this is not
the case.
Day visitors
Please check in advance if space is available for day visitors to your
conference. The charges for day visitors are as follows:
- Complete daily rate (all meals except breakfast) - £23.00 per
person
- Day visit only (no meals but including tea and coffee) - £7.25
per person
- Lunch (or light supper on Friday & Sunday evenings) - £7.00
per person
- Evening meal (Mon to Sat) or Sunday lunch - £8.00 per person
