2010 Tariff for Business Conferences - Day Groups
We have a number of conference rooms and lounges suitable for meetings, teaching seminars, informal training days and discussion groups. All rooms are equipped with an overhead projector, a flip chart, a lectern and a TV &
We have five dining rooms seating between 16 and 80 people, and we offer high quality menus either buffet style, or as sit-down meals.
Ashburnham place is set in 220 acres of landscaped grounds and gardens which provide an unrivalled setting at all times of the year.
All charges are per person and include VAT.
Basic day visit charges (including use of one meeting room......£9.00

Use of Conference Rooms
Use of extra rooms (e.g. for break-out groups) will be charges per group, per day, as follows:

Residential Accommodation can be provided for £45 in standard and £53 in en-suite accommodation per person per night, bed and breakfast. Please check for availability.
An invoice will be available on the day of your visit and will be based on the numbers given to us in advance, not on the actual numbers of places taken up. Please ensure that you have a contingency fund for any shortfall in delegates.
Please note that the tariff is for guidance only. The charges payable will be those prevailing at the time the conference takes place. We reserve the right to modify prices in the event of major rises in the cost of living, or other factors outside our control. Please refer to our payment terms and cancellation policy which will be sent to you on booking.
As a charity, Ashburnham Christian Trust is able to offer a subsidised rate to other charities. The subsidised tariff is available from the Bookings Office.
