2010 Subsidised Tariff for Churches And Charities - Day Groups

The day group charge includes the use of a meeting room and one will be allocated according to the size and requirements of your group. All prices are per person and exclude VAT. Where applicable VAT will be added to your final invoice.

| Tea / coffee and cake | £2.40 |
| Cream Tea (from 3pm onwards) | £4.75 |
If you require the use of an extra break-out room, please ask the Bookings Team for the additional charges.
An invoice will be presented to you on arrival and will be based on the number you have guaranteed on your booking form. If you wish to increase the number of guests, please check with the bookings office 10 days before your visit and we will check if we have enough space in the meeting room / dining room to ensure your comfort.
Day groups are normally on site from 8.30am to 10pm. Should you wish to stay longer, please contact the Bookings Office for overnight rates.
Please note that the tariff is for guidance only. The charges payable will be those prevailing at the time the conference takes place. We reserve the right to modify prices in the event of major rises in the cost of living, or other factors outside our control. Please refer to our payment terms and cancellation policy which will be sent to you on booking.
