Day Encounters

Ashburnham’s purpose is that we aim to ‘encourage guests to encounter the living God through the Bible, prayer, fellowship and the beauty of creation and to equip them make a more passionate and effective impact for Christ on the local area and the world’. Ashburnham Encounters (day or residential) offer a relaxed programme, so that guests have the opportunity to encounter God and to be re-equipped to serve Him.

2012 Day Encounters will run from 10.00am - 4.30pm and will include some teaching and personal space for reflection. They will be hosted by members of the Ashburnham team and some days will have a specific focus.  There will also be time to browse in our Bookshop or to stroll in the Grounds and Gardens.

For those who want to stay overnight at either side of a Day Encounter, half board accommodation (dinner, bed and breakfast) may be offered at a special rate of £35* per person per night (subject to availability).

All Day Encounters cost £15* and include lunch and refreshment breaks

Don’t forget as well as spending the day experiencing God’s refreshing for you,  you can also extend your day by staying overnight.*
