Booking Terms and Conditions

Guest are required to pay in full when booking. We regret his is non-refundable, and may only be transferred once to another booking when more than 48 hours notice is given.
A single supplement of £12.50 per person per night is chargable at the weekend if two friends come together and do not wish to share a room.
A 10% discount on the accommodation will be offered to full-time Christian workers and ACT family members, and for those experiencing genuine financial hardship. Details should be agreed with us at the time of booking.
- All major credit cards are accepted.
- Smoking and alcohol are not permitted in Patmos Lodge.
- No pets are allowed at Ashburnham Place.
- Towels, hairdryers and tea and coffee making facilities are provided in your room.
- Rooms are available after 2.30pm on day of arrival and guests are asked to vacate their rooms by 10am on the day of departure.
- There are no self-catering facilities. Snacks and drinks are available in the main conference centre.
- Please note: Reception closes at 10pm and the Front Gates are automatically locked at 11.30pm. The latest check-in is at 9.45pm.
Cancellations
- Guests who cancel or wish to change their booking within 48 hours of their arrival date, or who do not turn up, are charged the full amount.
