Booking Terms and Conditions

Please see the tariff tab for an indication of how much your stay would normally cost.

Guests are required to pay a 25% deposit when booking to secure the room(s). We regret this is non-refundable.

All major credit cards are accepted.
Smoking and alcohol are not permitted in Patmos Lodge.
No pets are allowed at Ashburnham Place.
Towels, hairdryers and tea and coffee making facilities are provided in your room.
Rooms are available after 2.30pm on day of arrival and guests are asked to vacate their rooms by 10am on the day of departure.
There are no self-catering facilities. Snacks and drinks are available in the main conference centre.
Please note: Reception closes at 10pm and the Front Gates are automatically locked at 11.30pm. The latest check-in is at 9.45pm.

Cancellations &Alterations

Guests who cancel will lose their deposits.
Guests are permitted one change to their dates as long as they give more than 48 hours notice.
